Getting Started
Emancip8 ExecutiveAI is your personal AI executive assistant. It learns how you work, connects to your tools (email, calendar, CRM), and handles tasks on your behalf — from scheduling meetings and drafting emails to managing follow-ups and preparing briefings. It is built around you through our Soul Builder, which creates a unique personality profile that shapes every interaction.
Your assistant communicates with you through the web dashboard, Telegram, and email. You send natural language requests like 'Schedule a meeting with John for Tuesday' or 'Draft a follow-up to the supplier,' and your assistant handles the execution. It connects to your business tools to perform actions and keeps you informed of progress.
Most users are up and running within 15-20 minutes. The Soul Builder onboarding takes about 10 minutes to complete, and connecting your tools (email, calendar, etc.) takes another 5-10 minutes. Your assistant is ready to help immediately after setup.
Pricing
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. We prorate any differences so you only pay for what you use.
Yes! Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. You'll get full access to your chosen plan's features during the trial period. If you choose not to continue, your account simply expires — no charges, no hassle.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Instant EFT, and bank transfers for South African customers. Enterprise plans can also be invoiced with payment terms. All transactions are processed securely through Paystack.
Security
Absolutely. We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Your data is stored in SOC2-compliant data centers. OAuth tokens are encrypted with separate keys per user. We never train AI models on your data. You can disconnect resources and delete your account at any time — all data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Only your personal AI assistant can access your connected accounts, and only to perform the tasks you explicitly request. No human at Emancip8 can read your emails or data. Our systems process information programmatically, and our staff operate under strict confidentiality agreements with background checks.
Primary data storage is in secure, SOC2-compliant facilities in South Africa, with redundant backups. Enterprise customers can request data residency in specific regions. All data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3.

We support 20+ integrations including Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Notion, Asana, Trello, Jira, HubSpot, Salesforce, Xero, Google Drive, Dropbox, LinkedIn, Takealot, and more. Business and Enterprise plans can request custom integrations.
Each user account has one primary assistant that is personalized to them. However, Business and Enterprise plans support team workspaces where multiple team members each have their own assistant, and tasks can be shared or delegated between assistants.
Your assistant can communicate in English (primary), Afrikaans, Zulu, Xhosa, and most major languages. The Soul Builder and onboarding are currently available in English. Document processing and email drafting work best in English but support multilingual content.
Support
Starter plans get email support with 24-hour response times. Executive plans get priority support with 4-hour response. Business plans get a dedicated account manager and 1-hour support. Enterprise plans get 24/7 phone support and a dedicated success team. You can also access our documentation and community forum.
Our supervisor system continuously monitors your assistant's actions. If an error occurs or something looks unusual, you'll be notified immediately. High-value actions always require your approval before proceeding. Every action is logged and reversible for 48 hours. Our team is alerted to critical issues and responds according to your plan's SLA.
Yes, you can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your subscription at any time from your Billing settings. If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your billing period. We also offer refunds within 7 days if you are not satisfied. No questions asked.
